Who we are

Walkway Management Atlanta is owned and operated by Claudius Nan and Rodderick Schroy.

Claudius has been in the floor industry for over 20 years. He has worked with tile manufacturers, installers and product providers. Claudius is certified by the University of North Texas College of Engineering as a Walkway Auditor and has been properly trained and certified to run the BOT-3000E Tribometer. He has worked with several law firms to offer slip and fall expert witness and consultation.
